A Tue Dinner

Dinner today was a pleasant one. Although it was a normal dinner, there was a good sharing of the day which accompanied the decent meal. It is unusual though to be able to enjoy a meal 'outdoors' in a non-restaurant in a quiet environment in the city. There was also a fair amount of greenery which added to the charm of the place. Contrary to what one may think, it was not a deserted place with many empty places. There were people around in discussions which added to the lively atmosphere of the place.

In fact, in the city, there is also another good place to hang out after a meal and just enjoy a chat or a drink. The open space with the cool breeze is truly a rare find. Modern living is too much about the aircon, especially in Singapore and it is really nice to be able to enjoy the non-artificial breeze. There is also a nice skyline to accompany the breeze. At times, one would think that there are no longer such precious things that come free with city living, especially within the city (especially in some 'developed countries' where a fee is levied for vehicles entering the city by any possible route). Indeed, one therefore tends to treasure the pleasant moment and all the nice complements.
